Who is that bird singing in the tree? Why are all the frogs so noisy right now? What are all these flowers blooming on the forest floor? Come explore all the activity happening around NBNC on a Spring Discovery Hike. We’ll listen to birdsong at a Sit Spot, see if we can find tadpoles or frogs in vernal pools, and look for flowers in the field as we take in all that spring has to offer.

Accessibility: This program will explore the grass and dirt trails around NBNC. The program will include but may not be limited to the Universal Access Trail. Please reach out if we can accommodate your accessibility needs!
