Laura grew up playing in the fields and creeks of Pennsylvania, wondering about the ways in which human and non-human animals move through the world. She asked some of those questions while earning a B.S. in neuroscience at Muhlenberg College. Since graduating in 2020, Laura has been working outdoors in gardening, skiing, biking, and canoeing. They’re enthusiastically diving into their seasonal stewardship role, where they’re grateful to learn about and care for the NBNC landscape with volunteers. When not on the move, Laura finds joy in trying new foods, drawing, and reading.
