A nature nerd at heart, Lane is delighted to be among kindred as the Development Coordinator at NBNC. Lane grew up alongside the trees of the Coast Salish, Duwamish, Snoqualmie and Yakima homelands of Seattle and the north Cascades. They come to the Nature Center by way of cooperative & community finance and dreaming alternative economies into being. Lane is a student of organizational culture shift, speculative fiction, their Ashkenazi, Irish, Scandinavian, and queer ancestors, and the places where science meets magic. The way most people feel about dogs is how they feel about insects.
