Young Naturalists
For more than a decade, NBNC has been a place for young nature lovers to find a community of peers who share a love of birds and bugs. In addition to our after-school programs and summer camps, NBNC offers exciting adventures for young naturalists in Vermont and beyond. Our naturalists have followed howler monkeys in the tropics, competed in national birding competitions, and chased rare dragonflies across floating bogs of the north country. Many alumni have gone on to become respected ornithologists, leaders in sustainable systems, and professional ecologists. If you're 8 - 18 and love the outdoors, join our young naturalists today!
