Fall Wild Edible Plants & Mushrooms

Join our foraging naturalists Ken Benton and Dave Muska for a day of learning to identify, sustainably harvest, and cook a variety of wild plants and mushrooms. We’ll start our day with a hike around the property, harvesting fox grapes, highbush cranberry, roots, seeds, an assortment of entry level edible mushrooms and much more. After our hike, we’ll process the cornucopia of ingredients and cook up a fall feast.
