In this youth-focused, family oriented workshop we will learn about the practice of interoception, feeling our bodies from the inside out, through the act of engaging with nature and being in connection with it. We will select a particular plant, tree, or other natural thing, and sit with it in silence for 15 minutes and to figure out how to just BE. We will bring back pieces of that plant and build a notebook in small groups while also creating a story around what it felt like.
